CMBO is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that is designed to harvest the implied short-term U.S. interest rate and excess yield present in the options market. It invests primarily in the box spread strategy. Box spread strategies typically seek to provide scalable, collateralized, Options Clearing Corporation (OCC)-guaranteed financing markets with persistent excess yield over T-bills.
The Wayfinder Dynamic U.S. Interest Rate ETF (ticker: CMBO) seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, equal or exceed the performance of an investment that tracks the 0-12 month segment of the United States Treasury Bill market.
*The Adviser has contractually agreed to limit certain fees and expenses until December 31, 2026.
